Survivor

Concept & Initial Design

Based on the empty track area defined by the project leads, our team develops either enhancements to the previous year’s games or entirely new challenges. Initial designs are created to establish the flow and mechanics of each obstacle or game.

Mentor Review & Revision

All designs are reviewed under the guidance of experienced mentors who have extensive expertise in Survivor-style reality shows. Necessary revisions are made until the designs meet project standards and receive approval.

Implementation Drawings

Approved designs are transformed into detailed implementation drawings, illustrating all technical and visual elements. These drawings are presented in end-of-day meetings to the production teams to ensure full understanding before fabrication begins.

Fabrication & On-Site Supervision

The production team starts building the approved games according to the scheduled workflow. On-site supervision ensures accuracy and may require overlay drawings (superposed sketches) for complex elements to confirm fidelity to the original design.

International Filming Coordination

Once installed, the games are filmed sequentially by different countries using the same format. Each country may request minor modifications to the track. Filming schedules are coordinated accordingly to accommodate these adjustments.

Dismantling & Next Cycle

After all countries have completed filming on a particular game, the track is dismantled, and the design process begins anew for the next challenge. On average, each game takes 1 week from design to installation and 1 week for international filming and dismantling, creating a continuous 2-week cycle.
