Exploration / Site Visits
Site visits are conducted to gather firsthand insights, where the dealer's requests and needs are actively listened to. This engagement fosters a collaborative environment, allowing for a deeper understanding of their unique challenges and aspirations.
Layout Plan
The layout plan is prepared and shared with both the dealer and the sales team for their review and feedback.
Layout Revisions
Revisions to the layout plan are made based on the feedback received.
Approval
Written approval is obtained from both the sales team and the dealer, after which the approved project is transferred to the planogram team.
3D + Facade
The facade project and three-dimensional (3D) visual presentation are prepared.

The concept design is prepared according to the Marcom brief for the execution of the project. This ensures that the creative vision aligns with marketing objectives and technical feasibility. The design incorporates key messaging, target audience insights, and brand guidelines, while also considering logistical aspects like timelines, budget, and resources needed for successful implementation.
